Patience – that’s the word of the month! New for me but indispensibly relevant. Directly followed by: ‘lighten up dude’… Apparently I take myself way too serious, anger arises and I find myself entangled by agression, depression and other ‘ssion-words. With remembering ‘patience’ I manage to stop seeking the cause for my ‘ssion-words’ on the outside.Besides that it was a wonderful day in spring. A lot of work tough but some pleasant moments with my wife and David.
